Explain Pricing To Me.
We bill you a flat per minute rate to call a country. See our advertised rates on our home page.

That's it. There are no other fees. We only round calls to one minute, so don't worry about that either.

Where Can I Call?
This calling card covers all destinations (including mobile lines) in India, Pakistan, Philippines, and Canada. It also allows you to call landlines in the U.K.

When do my minutes expire?
Minutes expire 90 days from your last purchase date. Existing balances will carry over if you recharge your account before your balance runs out.

How do I use your service?
1. Sign up for our calling card.

2. Dial one of our access numbers listed on our Access Numbers page.

3. You will be connected with our International Gateway and will hear a message instructing you to dial your International destination.

4. Dial your destination phone number. International calls should begin with 011, and Canada calls with 1 plus the area code.

5. Wait for your call to be connected - it may take a few moments.

Mobile Users: DO NOT HIT SEND AFTER DIALING YOUR INTERNATIONAL PHONE NUMBER. Hitting SEND may disconnect you from our gateway and your Mobile provider will place your call on their network, at their rates, instead.

How do I purchase more minutes (recharge)?
1. Click on the Recharge Link at the top of our home page.

2. Using the account number and password provided in your original confirmation email, login.

3. Once logged in, click on the Recharge Your Card link.

4. On the purchase page, select the dollar value desired, review and confirm your billing information, enter your ccv code from the back of your credit card, and select the Purchase button to complete your recharge transaction.

*Recharged minutes adhere to the same rules as your originally purchased calling card.


I called your access number and was asked to enter an account code - why?
We authenticate who you are and what plan you have based on the phone you call us from. The phone you should make all of our calls from is the one you sign up with when initially subscribing to our service. To authenticate your phone number, we need to be able to read your phone number through Caller ID. If you are calling from a phone number with blocked Caller ID, dial *82 then the Free Call Planet access number to unblock your caller id for this phone call only, so that we can validate that you have an account with us.

Example: Dial *82-1-area code-phone number of the Free Call Planet access gateway. If you call from a blocked Caller ID phone without dialing *82, our system will ask for your account number which you can enter in order to complete your call. Can I use your service from outside the US?
You can sign up with our system to make calls to international countries, but you to access our service you must call one of our access numbers within the United States. Check with your phone provider to find out the rates for calling the US and then determine if this call along with our per minute fee is still cheaper than your international call normally is - in which case, using our service would still be beneficial. At this time, we do not accept credit cards with non-US billing addresses through our on-line purchasing system as fraud protection. If you are from Canada we may be able to take your order over the phone. You can contact us at (310) 997-0662.

Is this card fully or partially refundable?
All Calling cards provided on the web site are Non Refundable, Non Transferable and Non Exchangeable. If you are experiencing problems using your calling card, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter and work with you to resolve your issue.
